We are adapting operations and using best practice sanitation procedures to continue to serve you as well as provide better safety for all.
So far, we have not detected a positive case of Coronavirus, known at COVID-19 at our facility. We are closely monitoring the recommendations for the Arizona Health Department and the CDC to reduce the likelihood of the spread of the virus in our facilities, fulfilling our mission to provide a safe, comfortable environment for all those seeking our care.
Base on the guidelines from the CDC, we have implemented the following practices to not only reduce the spread of the infection but to provide education to our patients and their loved ones.
Screening all visitors and patients.
Asking our patients to give us a call BEFORE coming to the clinic if they are experiencing fever, cough or shortness of breath.
Limiting the number of family members accompanying our patients to ONLY ONE to avoid crowing our waiting room area.
Educating staff, visitors and patients on signs, symptoms and the importance of good hygiene.
Sending staff members home who may be symptomatic
Coordinating transfers to a local ER for any patients that may develop symptoms while in our care.
